What I help with
Families
From pregnancy to babies and children. I’ll check first whether care is suitable.
Active people
When pain keeps interrupting your training, or an event like HYROX is getting closer.
Pain that keeps coming back
Whatever you’ve tried so far, bring what you’ve learned. That’s where we start.
Whole‑body health
When stress, gut, immune or hormonal health is part of the picture, we look at it alongside everything else.
Let’s understand your pain before we treat it.
Here’s how your first visit works.
What you’ve already tried matters
We start with your story: what’s been happening, what’s helped and what hasn’t.
A hands-on examination
A standard chiropractic assessment, including Applied Kinesiology muscle testing.
What I found, and why
I’ll explain what I found and what it can’t tell us. If you need a doctor, further tests or another practitioner, I’ll say so.
Treatment, and what’s next
Hands-on treatment where it’s appropriate, such as adjustments or soft-tissue work. How many visits you need depends on how you respond. You’ll take home a new-patient booklet.
You should know why I’m testing that muscle.
Applied Kinesiology uses hands-on muscle testing. You hold a position, like an outstretched arm, while I apply steady pressure and feel how the muscle responds.
I’ll tell you what I’m looking for each time. Muscle testing is one piece of information alongside your history and examination. It isn’t a diagnostic test.

“We can slow down at any time. We can appreciate the smaller moments throughout our day.”
Before you book
Anything else, just ask on WhatsApp.
What does a first visit cost?
Send me a message on WhatsApp and I’ll tell you the current fee before you book.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you, what I find and how you respond. We’ll talk it through at your first visit, and you decide.
Do I need to keep coming back?
No packages and no ongoing commitment. We decide on any further visits together, based on how you’re responding.
Do you see babies and children?
Yes, from pregnancy to babies and children. I’ll check first whether care is suitable and explain everything as we go.
What should I bring?
Anything from previous care that might help, such as scan reports or notes from other practitioners.
Can I book online?
Not online. Message me on WhatsApp and I’ll arrange a time and send you a confirmation.
What would you like to get back to?
Tell me on WhatsApp and I’ll arrange your first visit. Questions about fees are welcome too.
